My car failed inspection in the Dallas, Tx area and the knock sensor was listed as one of the failed sensors.
How difficult is it to replace the sensor. it is apparently near/in the intake manifold. I have moderate mechanical skills and tools. Just curious if I should tackle this problem? Thanks

Hi 2000GMCTRUCK,

It is a simple job, disconnect wire socket, remove bolt and sensor would come off.
