When I start the car cold I hear a lound chirping sound, if I turn it off and immediately start it again it goes away

It sounds like you need the drive belt retensioned or perhaps replaced. Have you noticed if the noise worsens in damp weather? You can try belt dressing (usually costs around $3 at local part store) to stop the chirping, but this usually makes the problem WORSE for some reason, go figure hehe.
