2002 Infiniti G20 Air/heater blower

When using the air/heater fan, it makes sqeaky noises at low speed and will disappear at higher speeds. The Blower does work.

Do I need a whole blower assembly or is there a part that could be purchased and replaced to fix this irritating noise?

Also, can you help me with the directions to replace or to refer me to a How To site?

Thank you.

I would suspect the motor as it is the source of the noise
located lower right side under dash
remove cover on passenger side
to gain access to it

RE: 2002 infiniti G20 air/heater blower assembly

When you say to remove the cover, is that located behind the glove compartment? Or is it underneath the glove compartment? In other words, do I need to remove the dashboard or is it easy to gain access to the blower?
