1999 Infiniti G20 Back-up lights not working

The back-up light, along with the license plate light, are not working. Is there some kind of relay attached to the stick shift? All fuses are good.

Hey Infinity007

It looks like it could be the neutral switch switch which controls the reverse lights, here is a wiring diagram that shows the circuit so you can do some testing. Check the bulbs as well.

Check the wires on the passenger side trunk lid. The bundle can get pinched over time and can break.
