I have just inherited my mom's 1995 Infinity G20 -- a cream puff. I want to keep it for years. With that end in mind, I'm checking out the scheduled maintenance to see what I've got to do to keep it in good order. The maintenance manual says nothing about changing the timing chain. When should I change it? Does it require maintenance?

Nothing shown, yours has a chain, not a belt, so don't fiddle with it! Cylinder head has to be removed to replace the chain!

So no repair/replacement/adjustment EVER? Like, not in 200,000 miles?
Thanks,

If you are asking for a gaurantee, there are no gaurantees inlife! Just staing the facts. There is a tensionr on the chain to remove the slack, so unless it breaks, you will be OK!
