Hi Steven,
If you have a vehicle that you can cut the connector off, then I would just go cut as much of the wiring that you need including the connector and then solder it onto your vehicle's harness.
Basically you want to cut the wiring on your vehicle where it is past the damage and then solder the replacement connector on in its place.
If you are not familiar with soldering then here is a video that will help show you how to do this. Clearly you will be doing this doing it outside the vehicle so just make sure you take the precautions he suggested.
Lastly, I would suggest taking and replacing both sides of a connector is one side is damaged. More than likely it damaged the other side which will cause it to not hold.
