When I put on my indicators to turn I turn my wheel to turn and my indicators turn off and my head lights go on.

Sounds as if there is a problem in the combination switch, there may be a wiring issue with something rubbing hard to say with out looking at the loom and doing a few continuity tests, if you can access the loom you can try a wiggle test, shake and pull on the loom, not with a lot of force as you do not want to damage further damage, if there is a short often this will show it up, otherwise it will be a auto electrician or the dealer as getting into the system any deeper will require the air bag to be removed and this is something for a professional to do.
