It is not in line at bottom of radiator or on top of fuel pump. Is this year model suppose to have one, other than the fuel pump sock?

Hello,

This Odyssey does not have an inline fuel filter. It is part of the fuel pump in the tank, just as you suspected.
Honda does recommend to change the in tank filter, if the fuel pressure drops below 41-48 PSI.

I have attached the fuel filter diagram for your reference, as well as the fuel pressure testing specs.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.

Hi,

This vehicle does have a fuel filter, but it isn't in line. It is located in the fuel tank and part of the fuel pump assembly. If you look at pic 1 below, I highlighted the filter. Note that it isn't a sock at the bottom. It actually sits above the pump.

To access the filter, the fuel tank does not need to be removed. If you at pics 2 through 4, they are the directions for filter replacement. The remaining pic shows how to remove the fuel pump. I had to get the directions for that to indicate there is a service port under the rear seat.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
