In parking acceleration is fine. Error code u0100 in TCM; no engine check light and AutoStart dash light blinking. Cleared the code then started again, could accelerate fine in reverse or drive but only for 2-3 seconds, then it again goes into I guess the limp mode and can't accelerate beyond 1,500 RPMs, doesn't move as well. Attached is the scanner readout in TCM menu. In gear means both drive and reverse.

The car listed above is an S Hybrid Hc26.

So, the first thing we need to do is check all fuses with the systems on, here is a guide that will help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

The error code U0100 in a 2013 Nissan Serena corresponds to a communication problem between the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and the Engine Control Module (ECM).

If all fuses are okay, you have a TCM or PCM that is out, I would remove them both and send them in for testing. Please let me know how it goes.
