Been a while since I have been in a Venture. Does it have the kind of cup holder where you pull it out and the cup holder holes expand? If so, I think there are a couple of plastic clips/tabs on the sides that you push in and pull out the holder at the same time.

Maybe if you can include a few pictures of the cupholder pulled out we can better direct you.

I am attaching two pictures of the cup holders and they are not the type that expand when tray is opened.

Picture #1 shows the cup holders when tray is completely open.

Picture #2 is taken across the top of the tray and exhibits a plastic piece (A) that is attached to the bottom of the structure above the tray. There is also a plastic piece (B) at the back of the tray that contacts plastic piece (A) and prevents the tray from coming all the way out.

I have tried to figure out how to manipulate these plastic pieces to remove the tray to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
