switch key fob forgot to move immobilizer chip now, I can't reprogram it with the programmer I have which is an xtoolpro2 it says login failed.

I would see if a locksmith can try with a different tool. I've seen vehicles be finicky when it comes to keys. Some tools work good and others fail quickly. Do you have more than one fob for the car? If not I believe it takes at least two keys to be programmed in to make the system work.
