I was wondering if there was a wiring diagram for the first 1993 4l60e to be swapped in place of the 1990 700r4 non electronic on a GM? Maren the wires it my factory ECU or sensor switch’s. Thanks

Hi,

There isn't a specific diagram designed for this change. However, I can provide the schematics for both if you want. Then, you will need to locate what needs to be changed.

Let me know if that will help. Also, please let me know any specifics that may help me get the correct info to you.

Take care,

Joe

I actually have the 4l60e from a 1993 4.3L s10 I need the service number for the PCM for that model. I have pin out diagram to switch wires over and run them. But if you would like to see me systematics to make sure I get the right ones I’m upgrading my 89 harness to a 93 I’d appreciate. Thank you.

Hi,

The only schematics I have are the original ones from the manufacturer. They aren't as easy to follow.

Take a look through them. Note each schematic is a different circuit. However, this is the entire powertrain management circuit system.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
