How to check transmission fluid level?

I think it’s supposed to be in between the A and B on the dipstick.
Is that when it’s not running though ?

Hello,

When check the transmission fluid, start the engine and the transmission needs to be in park and the engine needs to be in operating temperature.
And yes, the fluid level should be between A and B.
