i am currently rebulding a 1.4l for my 2014 chevy cruze and i need all of the torque specs for basicaly everything inside and out of motor is there a sheet that provides it.

Since you're taking on a project this large, I would suggest purchasing a subscription to All Data DIY or something similar as you will need certain things as you go along. There is no one single sheet that has everything outlined on it.
