Truck only moves at very low RPMs?

The truck stalled a little at a red light and felt like it was running out of gas. So, I coasted to a stop light to turn off the road and when I fully stopped the truck would only move a little at a very low RPMs and after a few days it wouldn’t move forward at all reverse works perfectly still and the 4w drive has been disconnected since I got the truck.

It sounds like the truck is in limp mode which is common. This is usually because of a dirty throttle body but we should check the transmission fluid as well. Can I ask if you have any warning lights on? Here is how to check the transmission fluid and how to service the throttle body. This guide can help you understand more on limp mode:
