My heater display turns on and has display lights. but it doesn't respond to anything when I turn the buttons. Please help. I have kids and it's Alaska weather. Hoping you have an idea as to what's wrong. Thank you so much. Lila

When you turn the heat on, does the blower fan/motor come on and you just don't have heat or you don't have any fan either? Let's start with this because depending on the answer, it will drastically change the issue.

I attached the wiring for the blower motor in case you don't have any fan because that is how I understood it but if this is not correct we can change course. If it is correct then we need to test the fan by jumping 12 volts to the blower and see if it comes on.

Let us know and we go from there. Thanks
