But the VDC, slip, ABS, tire pressure and come on. Cruise control works sometimes. I changed one of the relays under the hood. So now when I crank the car, I can push the VDC button on the left side. but when I push the gas the car jerks about 1.5 inches left and when I brake it jerks Bout 1.5 inches right (sometimes when I let off the gas). what could this be?

Hi,

Based on the lights coming on, it sounds like it could be related to a faulty wheel speed sensor. However, that is only a theory. We need to determine if there are diagnostic trouble codes.

What I recommend is to have the can-bus scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, all the different modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.

Here is a link showing how it is done:

Let me know if that is something you can do or have done.

Take care,

Joe
