Ignition/starter fuse blows when trying to start?

New starter was replaced, and a new battery installed. When trying to start the car the 40a ignition/starter fuse blows. Battery is brand new and was fully charged at local auto store. Battery is completely drained now.

There must be a short in the wire or you got a bad starter. There is a chance the relay is bad here is the starter wiring diagrams so you can see, and I have included a guide to test the wiring.

Here is the starter relay so you can check it out, you will need to recharge the battery. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. I have included how to change the starter out in case you need it.
