Ignition will not turn off. My key will come out but the ignition will not turn on. I have to pull a fuse to turn it off. I also have to start it by touching the cell. Annoyed together. How can you help?

Sounds like a failed ignition switch. Easy to change out. Disconnect the battery ground connection. Drop the lower instrument panel cover. Turn the key to run.
Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the two screws that hold the switch to the steering column. Pull the switch off.

Reverse the process to install the new one. Make sure the key is in run and the new switch is in run.

The run position is the position the key comes back to after turning it to the start position.
