The 2 keys that originally came with this 2002 Toyota Sequoia are not turning in the ignition. On the advice of a local mechanic, I called a locksmith who supposedly reset the "tumblers" in the ignition and he also made me 2 new keys.
The 2 new keys start up the vehcile, however it will not stay on.

I was told by a friend's brother that there is a kill switch, or something that needs to be reset?

I called the local Toyota dealership who wants to charge me x amount of $$ to diagnose the problem, and possibly make 2 new leys at $90 a pop.

Help! Anyone have suggestions or can direct me to a site where I can get some help?

In order to change the tumblers, he had to disconnect your ignition and remove it. Its possible that your vehicle now thinks it is being stolen. Is the security light on? If so, it may need a key relearn procedure performed to reset the immobilizer, it may be worth bringing to the dealer, as they should only charge you 1hr diag/repair time to do this. Bad news is you may need to get the vehicle towed there because it wont run.
