When I put the Sequoia in park and turn off the key, it still has a running sound for a couple of seconds. I had moved this vehicle from my garage to clean out the garage, and noticed a pink colored substance that was dried on the floor of the garage Do you have any suggestions of what this might be?

You're probably hearing the electric radiator fan. The Engine Computer turns it off a few seconds after the engine is stopped.

Transmission fluid is red, and power steering fluid can be red, but those will remain oily on the ground. Engine coolant can be red or pink, and that will dry but leave a stain behind. Don't panic if it's a small spot but have the cooling system inspected. Small leaks become bigger; they rarely go away.
