Ignition tumbler replacement

Hello, would you be able to walk me through replacing an ignition tumbler in the car listed above? The key will go in, but will not turn even to the accessory position and is very difficult to pull back out. Thanks!

it says to remove ignition switch, but before doing that try it without removing switch see pictures. make sure to disconnect battery before attempting air bag removal.
