Ignition switch removal without the key?

Can't get ignition switch out. No key, limited tools.

Can you upload images or a short video of the problem, here are instructions on how to do the job in the meantime.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and disarm airbag as described under ``AIRBAG, SERVICE AND REPAIR''
2. Remove steering wheel as described under ``STEERING AND SUSPENSION/STEERING/STEERING WHEEL/SERVICE AND REPAIR''.
3. Remove steering wheel spline adapter ring.
4. Remove instrument illumination rheostat knob.
5. Remove lower steering column nacelle securing screws, then remove the lower nacelle.
6. Remove upper steering column nacelle securing screws.
7. Remove bolts securing column switch gear mounting bracket to upper column.
8. Repositioning mounting bracket for clearance, then remove upper nacelle.
9. Reposition switch gear mounting bracket to allow access to ignition switch.
10. Disconnect ignition switch harness multi-plug.
11. Release ignition switch retaining tags, then disconnect and remove ignition switch from lock assembly.
12. Reverse procedure to install.
