I bought this car with no ignition. Is there a way I can start my car and or even drive it until I can get a new ignition switch?

The short answer for this vehicle is no. Your vehicle has what is called a SKIM key and it is required to turn the ignition and send a signal to the module that recognizes it as a valid key and then this sends a signal to the PCM to say it is okay to start the vehicle. Then the PCM turns on the injectors and coils.
Let us know if there is a specific issue we can help figure out and we can go from there. Thanks
