After replacing the ignition switch the engine turns over but will not start?

My vehicle listed above didn't turn over but had power. Changed the ignition switch but not the cylinder. It now turns over but will not start. Still using the same keys. Do i still need to get them scanned in or a possible fuse?

The ignition key must be in the on position when changing the ignition switch or you will damage it which sounds like what happened. Here are the instructions so you can see how to do the job correctly. There is even a TSB for this problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
