When you turn the ignition switch the doesn't spring back and also will not start with the key.

Hi,
If this is the issue then you have an issue with the cylinder portion of the ignition cylinder.
I attached the directions on how to remove this.
The key not returning is most likely the cylinder portion of this but the not starting at times is most likely the actual ignition switch. I included the complete instructions. Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks
