Ignition switch installation instructions needed?

I lost the key and found someone that made a key, they pulled out the switch and now we can't put it back together.

It looks like there is a special tool that is needed for the job but you might be able to rig something, please look at the ignition switch lock replacement images below. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
