ignition switch

key will not turn off the car it turn back but the car keeps running.the key is now stuck in the ignition so what do i have to do to fix it ?do you have a diagram that i can look at.or a step by step instructions to follow?

Is the tranny in park? Can you shift it?

year the car is in park and it will shift

Will the key turn to the lock position? You can kill it by killing spark or fuel. Also, you could kill it by taking negative battery cable loose. I would prefer to kill the engine by spark or fuel.

If there is a problem with the lock cylinder or ignition switch, I can't fix it from here.
