Will a used winmodule from the same make model and year sync to my truck?

What do you mean by winmodule? Can you please clarify this for us so we can get you the proper information?

It's the ignition switch where the key fob is inserted called a win module for wireless ignition with out key-less go.

It looks like it must be initialized to the truck to be able to work. here are the instructions to do so in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.
