The truck cranks and runs fine then sometimes when you turn it off it cranks but will not start. the fuel pump will not come on, but you can turn key on and off three or four times and fuel pump comes on and it will start. When you turn key on all gauges work fine.

Good afternoon.

It sounds like the fuel pump motor has a bad spot in it. It may have to be replaced due to this. The other possibility is the connector at the pump itself. in the winter it is exposed to the outside environment.

Once the fuel pump runs it will stay running until shut off and commanded on again. Sounds more like the pump is failing.
