Key is stuck in the ignition and will not come out and cannot start the car

The Key stuck won’t come out or start, can’t move the steering wheel and the brakes are as hard as a rock can’t press them at all.

Hi,

Are you able to turn the key at all? When you try to start it, does the starter engage or does nothing happen at all?

As far as the brake pedal is concerned, that is normal. You have depleted the engine vacuum from the booster. As a result, the pedal is hard to push. Once it starts again, that will change.

Do me a favor. In the under-hood fuse box are two fuses I need you to check. See pic below. Check both of these fuses. If they appear good, confirm there is power to and from them. Here is a link you may find helpful:
