New Ignition key lock cylinder programming?

The ignition key lock cylinder on vehicle was replaced with a key lock cylinder off of an Expedition will I be able the program the key to it to work on the vehicle listed above?

I don't see any programming in the instructions so I think you should be able to, please check them out for yourself which I have included below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
