Cant turn key past position 1 to start car. Srs warning light comes on for aprox 5 seconds, steering and shifter unlocks, lights and radio work, door locks work, no accesories, cant roll up windows

The BCM controls those items, I would check all fuses and the condition of the battery, if low voltage exists then the computer malfunctions. Here is a guide on how to load test the battery
