Have a locksmith cut you a key. Most can use a Lishi tool or the VIN and cut you new keys that will match the cylinders you have. Then they can use a programmer to make the new keys work. If you have keyless entry they could also set up a fob or two for it. Cheaper option than a dealer. As fir a DIY method, you need the correct scan tool to program the keys into the system, the full version of FORScan will do that but by the time you pay for that, plus the dongle and then needing to have the keys cut it is still cheaper for a locksmith. It is possible to replace the cylinder assembly, but without a working key that is a lot more difficult as you have to drill the current unit and risk damaging the column if you slip.
