Ignition issues

I pulled ignition fuse under the hood with engine running, I know stupid mistake. The car stopped. I replaced the fuse now the starter will not engage. Checked battery all good checked for voltage drop when switch is engaged but it has no effect on voltage meter.

I found a diagram for the "Starting Circuit" in "Prodemand"

I used the base model for my lookup (may be the same for all of their sub-models). If these are not looking right, I will look up the model you have.

Looks like there are two fuses and two fusible links in the diagram.
