I went to turn my car off and the key was out just a little and it would not let me turn it completely off but it was not running anymore. also, I could not start the car again and the key was stuck but I pulled the key out. Can I fix this without buying a new one?

A locksmith could pull the cylinder and repair it so the key you have still works. It sounds like the cylinder is worn though and you may be better off having the smith simply re-key a new cylinder to fit the original key.
