Was informed that changing the ignition lock cylinder would also require the changing of the four ignition coils.
The car has been at the shop for three weeks, wrong lock cylinder came in and part reordered. So still waiting for new one when informed they need to replace the ignition coils as well.
Are they serious? What does the ignition cylinder not turning have to do with replacing ignition coils? The key is simply turning a switch to allow ignition is it not?
