Tried programming new remote for my car.
Put wire in four and eight heard three chirps pushed remote lock and unlock buttons. And turned key once to run.
Now car will not start and when I tried again putting in the jumper wire four and eight I do not get the chirping sound and car will not start. Dash lights come on but no start.

Why and when did you turn the ignition key the run position? You program the remote to the car with the ignition key off.I believe if memory serves correct when you turn the ignition key off and on a different amount of times you change the options for the anti theft.
