Throwing code for the 4th ignition coil was misfiring?

My car was throwing code for the 4th ignition coil was misfiring, and I changed the ignition coil and spark plug for #4 and it kept throwing the code so I replaced it thinking it was just a faulty one, but it is still throwing the code.

When you replaced the spark plug did it look okay? Also, how does the engine run? If the cylinder has good compression, you probably have a bad fuel injector. These guides can help, and I have included directions in the diagram below to help you change the injector out.

The old spark plugs just looked worn out and the engine is just loud and sounds like it is going to stall but never does. You can tell it's misfiring, and the check engine light is flashing. I will upload a video in the morning.
