Miss, loss of power. Is it possible for one side of a six pack coil to fail?

Yes, it is because they can short out internally which can affect all coils. I would replace the coils; spark plugs and plug wires to start as a regular tune up. Here is how to replace the coil and a guide to help you step by step for the tune up:
