Ignition slight skip from start up

I have a slight skip from start up till the engine gets warm. I have changed out the plugs and coil packs with ngks. Still has a skip.

Yep, so you have a n engine misfire, so there should be a code pointing us to the correct cylinder which will help so here is a video to help to get us started.
