Ignition fuse blows when starting the truck?

My ignition fuses keeps blowing every time I try to start my truck. Okay, so here's what happened: I hit a puddle of water and then I shut off my truck so I could order my food at the drive thru. Then I went to go start it and pull forward it just wanted to click. I've replaced the ignition switch, starter, alternator, spark plugs and spark plug wires. There's no water in the oil and the engine is not locked up. The starter solenoid is clicking but the starter motor won't engage.

Hi,

If you hear the starter relay, click, then the primary side of the relay is working. However, the secondary side may not have power to send to the starter.

Have you checked to see if the ignition A fuse in the under-hood fuse box is good? See pic 1 below.

If it is good, go to the starter and locate the purple trigger wire. (See pic 2 below) That wire will not have power until the key is in the start position. Check for power. Have a helper turn the key to start and see if you get power.
