Key will not turn, steering and brakes are locked up

My car is completely locked up. Key will not turn, steering wheel is locked and brakes are locked up. i have tried jiggling the wheel. is this something to do with the anti theft? please help

Sounds like the steering wheel locked has been activated. This happens when you have the key out of the ignition and move the steering wheel accidentally. Put the key in the ignition and firmly hold the steering wheel as far as it goes to the left or right. While holding the wheel then the ignition key.
