Hi,
Wow, that is a tough one. In the past, I've been able to get broken keys out with a magnet or even a strong vacuum that is directed at the broken key. However, I suspect they wedged the key into place.
At this point, you will likely need to drill out the tumbler where the key goes to remove the broken key. Another thought is a locksmith may be able to help. They have tools to access the tumbler.
Try contacting one to see their thoughts. If they say no, I suspect you will need to drill it out.
Let me know if I can help.
Take care,
joe
