I replaced ignition starter switch, ignition actuator and my engine, ABS, ESP, BAS light is on my dash are on and speedometer does not work. What can be the problem?

You need to take it to a dealer and have it scanned for the codes that are triggering the lights. Trying to guess at where the problem is would be futile as there are multiple systems and modules involved.
The most likely item would be a bad speed sensor. But a broken wire could also cause it. The scan would give you a better idea of where to look. Oh, do not bother with the free scans at the parts stores most of those only cover the engine controls. You need a scan tool that can read the ABS and traction control systems.
