How do I test at the output of the ignition control module where it sends to the coils and then on to spark plugs?
Thanks.

All you can do is check the voltages coming in and the continuity of the pickup coil. If you have those and the module is good, you will have the desired output, meaning it fires the ignition coil. There is no practical way for you to test the module yourself. Instead, many auto parts stores have testing equipment built to simulate the circuit in the car. Remember though, they are parts salesmen, not mechanics. Their goal is to sell parts.
