I have the car listed above MD9(TH125C). It is the OEM cylinder and keys. The keys are definitively worn down and and probably unable to move the tumblers enough anymore. But key still works for doors and trunk. Tried lubing the cylinder to no avail. Is it possible to force lube (spray) into the lock pin underneath column or another method to lube tumblers and pins without having to drill out lock pin and cylinder with a new cylinder?

If the key is worn then I would start with getting a new key cut. If that doesn't work then it could be seized. At that point, you can put a straw from the lubricant can and it will get down in there. Or you can spray the key down with White Lithium Grease and then insert the key and let it sit in there for 10 minutes, then start working it to see if will work loose.
