Idling really high and then cutting off?

I've cleaned the idler control sensor but it still idling really high and then shutting down about 5 seconds after start. any clue what this may be?

It sounds like you might be having an issue with the idle control motor. Here is a tutorial showing how to replace and one to service:

I've attached a picture below showing the idle air control motors location and circled it in red. Hope this this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
