I cleaned the throttle body and now my car idles high?

You selected an SL2 with a 3.0L. Did you mean an LS2 with a 3.0L?
I suspect you may have damaged the throttle body or position sensor. Take a look at this attachment where it says to use a specific cleaner and not one that contains methyl ethyl ketone as it can damage it.

I attached the learn process that you can try to see if you can relearn the idle. Also, you may have a DTC and if you do, I attached the info for that.
