Idle speed control system, RPM high

The code P0507 can get triggered due to an issue with the throttle actuator, intake air leak or an issue with the PCV system.

Are you experiencing any drivability issues?

Aight. So, where is the Electronic Throttle Control Actuator? I can't find a diagram/component location image of car let alone the Electronic Throttle Control Actuator.
Just so you know before I replaced both Camshaft Position Sensors and cleaned the Throttle body plate (outside and inside) as well as unplugging the connector and cleaning it with electronic cleaner, there was only the P0340 code and the car would almost not start and when it did it rode very bad, but when i changed those Sensors, it drove better. Now it starts fine but the RPMs are over 200 RPMs high and they will rise and fall whether I'm in park, neutral or drive. Another question, where did you get those three images you sent me from or what website? Because when I opened the 1st image, I tried to click on the blue highlighted text See: Idle Speed>Programming and Relearning>Idle Air Volume Learning.

The electronic throttle body is called the throttle actuator. As this is controlled electronically and not with a cable that will find on a traditional throttle body.

I have attached the throttle relearn process below. That is typically needed when the actuator gets replaced.
These are from Alldata, you won't be able to search it online.

So, i didn't have any Throttle body codes before replacing the Camshaft Position Sensors (bank 1 and 2) cleaning the Throttle body as well as disconnecting the electrical connector, cleaning it then reconnecting it. So, my question is, could the P0507 code mean the system just needs to Learn the Closed Throttle Position (Closed Throttle Sensor Output Learning) and not the Idle Air Volume Learning, since i didn't replace the ECT or ECCS Control Unit and just disconnected the ECT connector to clean it? Yes, doing the relearn should be the first step before performing any other repair.
One thing to keep in mind that you want to make sure all the connectors are dry before plug in.

So, since I just disconnected the ETC to clean the connector should I do only the Throttle valve closed position learning? Or do i need to do both? what are the steps for the Throttle Valve closed position learning? Because the pic just says turn ignition to on position then turn off and wait 10 seconds and make sure the Throttle valve moves during after the 10 seconds by confirming the operating sound. Is that it?

You want to do volume learning. If you look at the procedure that I have uploaded, that is the one you want to follow.

So, you mean this picture (without Consult-II)?
-Turn on car to warm up then turn it off.
-Wait 10 seconds turn the ignition on and wait 3 seconds.
-Then fully depress Accelerator Pedal and Fully release Accelerator Pedal 5x's within 5 seconds.
-Then wait 7seconds.
-Fully depress Accelerator Pedal and wait 20 seconds until The MIL stops blinking and stays on.
-Release Accelerator Pedal within 3 seconds of The MIL staying on.
-Then Start the engine and let it Idle and wait for at least 20 seconds.
Is that right? and once you warm up engine turn it off, wait 10 secs, then turn it on and wait 3 seconds You do not turn the ignition from the on position until the end when you start engine to let it idle waiting 20 seonds? Is this correct?

Also, i checked the codes again this morning and it still has P0507 and now P0300 (random misfire) could the P0300 be showing up cause i need to do the relearn procedure?

Yes the P0300 could be a byproduct of the relearn issue.
Are you experiencing issues since the P0300 came up?

I'm not sure, but it's only showing the P0507 code now.. So i should do the relearn process correct?

Yes. Get the relearn finished, clear the code.
